Tip # 3: Use a Full Service Buyers’ Agent

My tip this week starts out the same way as last week: make sure you hire a full service agent. But this week I want to talk about the buyers’ agent.

A full service buyers’ agent invests the same time, energy and resources in you as they do in your home. The first step is identifying your priorities. They listen to your wants and needs. They preview all they homes the meet your criteria and can give you a first person (not computer) impression to the various properties. They see the power lines, the traffic, the eye-sores and challenges the camera didn’t capture. Your full service buyers’ agent is present for the inspection, works as a team leader to keep everyone involved on task, checking in with the seller regarding repairs, financing, moving and all the minutiae that transactions produce.
