Back to school, back to germs.
All of our kids have started back to school which means that they are all, once again, exposed to many more germs than they were during the summer. The kids are also inside a lot more and around each other. This means more colds, flus and other infections that will spread throughout the house hold. This especially holds true for the younger children. To help protect the kids and yourself from getting as sick, make sure you and your child take your vitamins, get lots of water and rest. Some extra Vitamin D wouldn't hurt since it protects from the flu, is anti-inflammatory, and protects against many cancers. Happy fall! |
