Craig Williams has always been a designer at heart. Even as a child, he was constantly re-arranging the furniture in his parents’ home, looking for ways to make their space more beautiful. Whether it was his bedroom, the living room or the dining room, Craig was always seeing new ways for his family to use their space.
“As a child I needed a creative outlet, so I just did what came naturally,” he says. “I didn’t know then that I was laying the foundation for my career as an interior designer; I just wanted to make my home look better.”
Craig’s formal design education was supplemented by years of practical experience in the industry as he slowly moved from helping his friends and family design their homes to offering his services professionally.
“Getting into design was a slow and natural process,” he comments. “I didn’t choose design as a career. I truly believe that it chose me.”
Craig launched Craig Williams Interiors in Seattle, Washington in early 2006. He offers a wide range of interior design services to both his residential and small-business clients. Craig believes that working with an interior designer can benefit anyone, whether you live in a studio apartment downtown or a six bedroom home in the suburbs. He believes in working hand-in-hand with his clients to create a home that is truly their own while bringing a wealth of design resources and creativity to every project.
